Membership Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms:

1.1 By submitting the membership application form, the applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the Indian Business Chamber in Cambodia (hereinafter referred to as “the Chamber”).

1.2 Membership is granted at the discretion of the Chamber and may be denied or revoked without providing a reason.

2. Membership Categories:

2.1 The Chamber offers different membership categories, including corporate and individual memberships.

2.2 Memberships are valid for a specified period and are subject to renewal upon expiration.

3. Membership Benefits:

3.1 Members are entitled to benefits as outlined in the Chamber’s official documentation.

3.2 The Chamber reserves the right to modify or terminate membership benefits without prior notice.

4. Membership Fees:

4.1 Members agree to pay the required membership fees as outlined by the Chamber.

4.2 Membership fees are non-refundable, and failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

5. Code of Conduct:

5.1 Members agree to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner, respecting the Chamber’s values and promoting goodwill.

5.2 The Chamber reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual or organization found to be in violation of the code of conduct.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

6.1 The Chamber collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6.2 Members consent to the Chamber using their information for communication, event invitations, and other relevant purposes.

7. Termination of Membership:

7.1 Either party may terminate the membership with written notice.

7.2 The Chamber may terminate membership immediately for breach of terms or for reasons it deems appropriate.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
