About Us
The Indian Business Chamber in Cambodia (IBCC) is a professional chamber of commerce established in 2023 to promote business and commerce between Cambodia and India. The IBCC is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that is open to all businesses, regardless of size or sector.
The IBCC’s mission is to:
• Promote and facilitate trade and investment between Cambodia and India.
• Provide a platform for networking and collaboration between Indian and Cambodian businesses.
• Represent the interests of Indian businesses in Cambodia to the Cambodian government and other stakeholders.
The IBCC’s vision is to be a leading chamber of commerce in Cambodia, supporting Indian businesses to succeed and contribute to the Cambodian economy.
The IBCC will organise numerous trade missions and business events, and will provided support to Indian businesses to invest and operate in Cambodia. The IBCC will also worked closely with the Cambodian government to improve the business environment for Indian businesses in Cambodia.
History
The Indian Business Chamber in Cambodia (IBCC) was established in 2023 by a group of Indian entrepreneurs and business leaders. The IBCC was formed to promote business and commerce between Cambodia and India, and to provide a platform for networking and collaboration between Indian and Cambodian businesses.
The IBCC’s members will represent businesses from a wide range of industries and sectors from India and Cambodia.
Objectives
The Chamber is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political organization. The objectives are:
• To facilitate the trade, business and commerce between India and Cambodia
• To assist Indian businesses entering/willing to enter to Cambodian market by giving the rightful information for the business and legal environment
• To collect the Cambodian market information about different prospering opportunities and compiling for the potential investor
• To assist Indian and Cambodian businesses in dispute resolution by being an important catalyst between embassies/government authorities and businessperson
• To create a forum that allows members to assist and compliment each other
• To assist authorities in Cambodia in promoting Indo-Cambodia commercial and economic co-operation
• To gather, exchange and collate business and other relevant information for the benefits of the members
• To assist members by way of advice on proper and lawful business practices without intervening in any legal disputes involving them
• To promote strong ties with the Cambodian Chambers of Commerce or other Business Chambers or Associations in Cambodia
To abide by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Mr. Babulal Parihar is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant (Australia) & has an MBA in Finance. Mr. Babulal Parihar is based in Cambodia since last 11 years and working as Director of “Lochan & Co (Cambodia) Company Limited” a leading multinational chartered accountant firm in Cambodia. With his extensive experience in India and Southeast Asia, Mr. Babulal Parihar is advising corporates and individuals for cross country trade, investment, business registration & compliances.
Mr. Niraj Gupta
Vice-President
Niraj Gupta is a fintech, AI, and digital transformation professional based in Cambodia, with nearly two decades of experience across Asia, Europe, and the United States. He is the Director of Macro Computing Solutions Co., Ltd., and Founder of Humans of Phnom Penh and Founder and CEO of FinLuy. His work focuses on technology, business growth, financial innovation, and strengthening cross-border collaboration in the region.
